Emily is on the track team and has proven to be very competitive in the first three meets. She runs the mile and the 800 against 7th and 8th graders who are two feet taller than her and has finished 2nd, 3rd, and 4th against 20 girls. Occasionally she races boys as well and beats many of them. After congratulating her on her first meet Kelsey said "Emily, we should start going running together." Emily game a funny look and said, "why?" She also does the high jump and long jump.

Emily looks like quite the runner! Good job on the great finishes! Tell Kyle congrats on getting his license - that is so exciting. Kali still has lots of time to put in before she can get hers.
