I love hearing about other people's family traditions. One of ours is on the first day of December we draw names and you become that person's secret service santa. You have to perform a secret act of service for that person every day for the whole month and then on Christmas day you give them a special gift. Some examples include...making each others beds and leaving nice notes on the top, making a special drink (like hot cocoa) and having someone serve it to them, cleaning their room, one of my kids favorites is writing funny poems for each other. It just gives them the opportunity to think of others every day.
